UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO
PHOTOGRAPHY CLASSES
Don Oberbeck taught Photography Classes at the University of
Colorado
for more than 20 years.
Our Creative Film Photography Class
is essentially the same darkroom photography course that we taught through C.U. but now it's at a lower tuition, with smaller classes.
Old School Film Photography classes might not be as popular as they once were, but there are still a few students every semester who want to learn the traditional skills. Only the C.U. Fine Arts Department now offers darkroom courses on campus, so, if you are not a Fine Arts Major and you want to take a Darkroom Photography Class, The Boulder Photo Center
is now the only place to go in Boulder, if not the entire State of Colorado.
And, as always, C.U. Students taking Photo One are more than welcome to use our Darkroom to complete last minute course work print making after the C.U. Fine Arts Department darkroom has been closed down before the end of the semester.
Of course, if you are like most photographers these days, and want to learn how to really use your Digital Camera, we have the "Best of Boulder" Digital Photography Classes.
One of our favorite assignments was taking C.U. Football Game photos for the University of Colorado Athletic Department back in the BIG-8 and BIG-12 days.
